Thames Road

The ground sits on a flat stretch of Essex coast. It was built by the club itself in 1988, after they secured the land three years earlier.

There is a caravan park running along one side of the pitch. The surface is natural grass, and there is no undersoil heating to keep it warm in the winter months. The capacity is listed as 3,300, though some sources suggest 3,250. It is a small number for a club that has climbed as high as the National League. The club was deemed ineligible for play-offs because they lacked the 500 extra seats required for the higher tier. They were a menace all night when they hosted the 2009-10 Isthmian League Division One North Play-off Final, beating Enfield Town 3-1 to secure promotion in front of 752 fans.

The club reached the FA Trophy final in the 2019-20 season, but the ground cannot host a cup final. The record attendance remains 1,537, set during an FA Cup first round replay against Mansfield Town in 2014. The floodlights were installed in 1992, and 166 seats from Cardiff Arms Park were added in 1997. It is a basic facility, but it is the only one on the island for Concord Rangers.
