Kazakhstan were more accurate with their attempts, hitting 71 per cent on target, but had far fewer to work with.
England remain top of the table with 19 points from seven games — six wins and one draw. Kazakhstan sit sixth with just four points and five defeats. The gap is now 15 points, and the hosts have the deeper squad to see this out. By then, the result had already decided where this group was heading.
