Abdel Samad Hashem

Abdel Samad Hachem came up through the academy at JA Drancy before joining OGC Nice's youth setup in 2019, progressing through the U19 side and into the reserve team. The spell at Nice did not go smoothly, and he left the club in 2022 after a difficult period there.

Rather than moving on to another top-flight academy, Hachem dropped down to National 2 with FC 93 Bobigny, joining on a free transfer in July 2022. Over two seasons in the French fourth tier he established himself as a key player and the club's top scorer, rebuilding his career from the level where he had landed. That form earned him a step up in July 2024, when he signed for Paris 13 Atletico in the Championnat National, the third tier of French football. In his single season there he scored six goals and added three assists.

Those numbers were enough to take him to Red Star FC 93 on a free transfer, putting him in Ligue 2 for the first time in his career. His brothers Ryad Hachem and Abdeldjalil Hachem play for Nantes and Créteil respectively.
