André Leipold

Two goals and an assist against Guam on 3 June 2026 ended Leipold's wait for a first international goal. The Philippines won that friendly 5–1; six days later he scored again, against Myanmar. He was born in Germany and holds German citizenship, never played for a German youth national side, and made his senior debut for the Philippines on 10 June 2025, in a 2027 AFC Asian Cup qualifier against Tajikistan that finished 2–2. By June 2026 he had seven caps and three goals.

At SV Wacker Burghausen, where he moved through the youth ranks before turning senior in 2020, he scored nine times in 23 appearances. His most productive season came in Austria: 30 matches and 13 goals for SV Lafnitz in 2023–24, and a nomination for Goal of the Month in the 2. Liga in March 2024.

SV Darmstadt 98 signed him in January 2022; he made five appearances before a January 2023 loan to Würzburger Kickers brought 15 matches. At FK Pardubice, whom he joined in July 2024, he played 24 games and scored once.

His youth path took in Red Bull Salzburg, Bayern Munich, SpVgg Unterhaching and DFI Bad Aibling before Burghausen.

In August 2025 Pardubice loaned him to Helmond Sport for a year, with an option to buy, and he played 30 matches in the Eerste Divisie in 2025–26. The Dutch club did not take the option: in July 2026 he was loaned on again, to SC Verl.
