About the player
Her career began at Boston Breakers in 2016 and threaded through Kansas City, Utah, North Carolina and Washington before her January 2026 move to Seattle. Across 114 regular-season league appearances she has scored ten goals and set up three more.
Injury interrupted her progress just as she was settling in Utah: after two goals in 2018, a torn ACL cost her the entire 2019 season. She rebuilt her career at North Carolina Courage, where she was part of the squad that won the NWSL Challenge Cup in both 2022 and 2023, then repeated the trick after signing a three-year deal with Washington Spirit in January 2024, lifting the same trophy again in 2025.
She was a finalist for the NWSL Rookie of the Year award in 2021, a nomination that arrived several seasons into her professional career rather than at its start. Before turning professional, Ratcliffe spent four years at the University of Virginia, playing 93 matches and scoring 24 goals for the Cavaliers.
