About the player
Released by Norwich City's academy in December 2019, he worked his way up through Norwich United and Lowestoft Town, then joined Icelandic side Tindastóll in March 2021 without making a senior appearance. A month later he moved on to Dalvík/Reynir, where he scored three goals in six league matches — enough to earn him a contract with Wycombe Wanderers that August.
His time at Wycombe was spent mostly out on loan, with spells at Notts County, Bromley and Solihull Moors, before a free transfer to Waterford in January 2023.
After his Waterford contract expired, he had a brief spell at Dagenham & Redbridge in early 2025, making two appearances before returning to Ireland in February to sign for Bohemians on a free transfer, agreeing a contract running through to November 2026. Parsons has not represented England at any youth international level.
