Ivan Oblyakov

Ivan Oblyakov's first taste of the spotlight came at the 2016 Granatkin Memorial, where he scored six goals and was named the tournament's best player — a run that pulled interest from clubs. He had come through the SShOR Zenit academy in Saint Petersburg under coach Viktor Vinogradov, but it was Ufa who signed him in June 2016, and he made his Russian Premier League debut for the club the following month.

CSKA Moscow paid a reported €4 million for him in August 2018, and Oblyakov has stayed at the club ever since, recently extending his contract through the 2029/30 season. He was named Best Footballer of the Month in April 2023 and finished second in the List of 33 Best Footballers of the Russian Championship that same season, a campaign in which CSKA took the silver medal. The club added the Russian Cup in 2022/23 and again in 2024/25, a Bronze Medal finish in the latter season, and the Russian Super Cup in 2025.

At international level, Oblyakov made his senior debut for Russia in a friendly against Moldova in November 2020 and his competitive debut days later in the UEFA Nations League against Serbia. He had already captained the Russia under-21 side during the Euro 2021 qualifying campaign. By June 2026 he had earned 19 caps and scored five goals for the senior team, including a brace in an 11-0 win over Brunei, and further goals against Kenya, Cuba and Belarus.
