About the player
Karst de Leeuw came through Willem II's own academy, having joined the club at the age of eleven after starting out at VV DBS and Helmond Sport. He worked his way up through the Tilburg club's youth ranks, including the O21 side, and in December 2024 he signed his first professional contract with Willem II. He formally joined the senior squad for the 2025/2026 season, arriving at first-team level shortly after Willem II were relegated to the Eerste Divisie following defeat in the promotion play-offs in June 2025.
De Leeuw is right-footed and stands well over 1.90 metres.
He is now part of the senior group at Willem II.
