About the player
Dundas is one of the rare footballers listed as genuinely two-footed, a trait confirmed by recent data from FotMob and Sofascore, though older databases had him down as right-footed only.
He came up through Excelsior Rotterdam's academy, joining at the age of 12 and working through the youth ranks until 2021. His senior debut came in October of that year, when he appeared in two league matches for Excelsior before leaving the club in January 2022. He had not yet signed a professional contract there, which allowed him to move to FC Basel on a free transfer.
At Basel, Dundas spent two seasons with the U21 side in the Promotion League, making 51 appearances and scoring 3 goals between 2022 and 2024. In July 2024, he again moved as a free agent, this time to FC Utrecht, joining the reserve side Jong FC Utrecht in the Eerste Divisie on a contract running until 30 June 2027.
Dundas has also represented the Netherlands at youth international level, with 4 caps for the U18 side in 2021–2022 and a further cap for the U19s in 2022.
