About the player
Noa-Grace Mupemba was born in Juvisy-sur-Orge and holds both French and Congolese citizenship, having said in 2023 that representing the DR Congo national team was a "choice of the heart" even though he has yet to win a senior cap for either country. He came through the youth ranks at RCP Fontainebleau and Sochaux-Montbéliard before a year in Le Mans FC's under-19 side, then moved to Stade Lavallois, where he progressed through the age groups and the reserve team before signing his first professional contract in 2023.
His breakthrough came away from Laval. On loan at US Avranches in the 2024–2025 season, Mupemba scored 16 goals in 30 National 2 matches. That form led to a second loan, this time at LB Châteauroux for the second half of the 2025–2026 season, a move intended to keep him playing regularly.
By September 2026 he had joined FC Rapperswil-Jona in the Swiss Challenge League, taking his career beyond France for the first time. He has not yet won a major individual or team title.
