Till Cissokho

Till Cissokho left Portugal without a club in October 2025, when Estrela da Amadora tore up his contract by mutual agreement. Three months later, on 18 January 2026, HJK Helsinki signed him as a free agent on a one-year deal with an option to extend, and by the middle of August he had already made 19 appearances for the club, working through 716 minutes without a goal or an assist to his name.

The Paris-born defender came through Montrouge 92 before Bordeaux took him into their academy in 2015. He worked his way through the reserve side, playing 39 matches and scoring twice for Bordeaux II, and made his Ligue 1 debut for the first team on 14 April 2019. That appearance turned out to be his only senior outing for the club.

A move to Clermont Foot followed the same year, though first-team football stayed scarce — three Ligue 2 appearances in the 2019/20 season, followed by loan spells at Quevilly-Rouen. Quevilly-Rouen made the move permanent in 2022, and it was there that Cissokho found his most settled run of football: 73 Ligue 2 appearances and two goals across two seasons.

His departure for Estrela da Amadora in the summer of 2024 was meant to open a new chapter in Portugal, but game time was limited to four league matches before the contract was cancelled.

At 200cm, Cissokho plays with his left foot. He came through France's youth ranks at under-16, under-17 and under-18 level but has not been capped by the senior national side. He now wears the number 3 shirt for HJK.
