Viktor Carl Martin Christiansson

Viktor Christiansson began his career at his hometown club, Hässleholms IF, before moving to the Netherlands in the summer of 2019 to join the youth academy of AZ Alkmaar. He spent three years there, though it yielded only a single senior appearance, for the reserve side Jong AZ in the Eerste Divisie, without scoring.

He left AZ in 2022 and returned to Sweden, briefly rejoining Hässleholms IF before stepping away from professional football altogether, working in the restaurant industry while studying Sports Management in Malmö. He returned to the game in 2023 with BK Olympic. After a trial in April 2024, he signed for Trelleborgs FF that July to play in the Superettan.

Trelleborgs FF's relegation from the Superettan at the end of 2025 left Christiansson a free agent, and he joined IFK Norrköping on a free transfer, with the move announced in January 2026 and his registration completed later that month. He signed a three-year contract with the club.

Christiansson has not won any major team titles or individual awards in his senior career, and he has no international caps for Sweden at any level. He is the latest step in a career that has taken him from a break spent outside the professional game back into Swedish top-flight football.
