Europa Point

Europa Point sit in Gibraltar's top flight, where the closest they have come to silverware at that level was second place in the abandoned 2019–20 Challenge Group. Their run to the quarter-finals of the Rock Cup has been repeated twice but never bettered.

The club was set up by John Gontier in 2014 as a landing spot for young players let go by academies in England and Spain, and the results came quickly: the Second Division Cup in their first season, beating Angels 5–3 after extra time, then the league title itself in 2015–16, won without losing a match, alongside a second cup. Mark Tivey, who once played for Charlton Athletic, has stayed on as co-owner and technical director.

September 2025 brought a new stand at the Europa Sports Park, taking capacity to around 2,100. On the pitch, Hugo Jesslén top-scored with 15 goals in 2023–24, and this season it is Nuno Miguel setting the pace, with 11 so far.

Not everything around the club has been about football. A September 2021 meeting with Lions Gibraltar ended in a mass brawl and heavy sanctions for both sides, and the fixture has carried an edge ever since.
