Spartak Hluk go into the 2026/27 season in the 4. Liga, a step up they earned by winning the Zlín Region Premier League last term.
Its honours read as a ladder through the lower tiers: the Okresní přebor Uherskohradišťska in 1961/62, 1987/88 and 1989/90, the I. A třída Středomoravské župy in 1994/95, then the I. A třída Zlínského kraje twice more, in 2016/17 and 2022/23.
Founded in 1932 as SK Hluk, the club built its identity match by match against the same handful of neighbours — TJ Vlčnov, Orel Uherský Brod, FK Dolní Němčí. Milan Prajza, who played for the club and later coached it, was inducted into the Sport Hluk Hall of Fame in 2011.
