Lübeck II

Lübeck II finished 12th in the Oberliga Schleswig-Holstein in 2024/25, the fifth tier of German football.

The cup is where this side has made its mark. The Schleswig-Holstein-Pokal is the regional competition whose winners go into the DFB-Pokal, and Lübeck II have won it three times: in 2022, 2023 and 2025. Their only league title came earlier, in 2016, when the division was still known as the Schleswig-Holstein-Liga.

The parent club was founded in 1919 and was re-established in 1945 after the war. Its history runs through mergers, among them SV Polizei Lübeck and Verein für Rasensport Lübeck, and its ground, the Stadion an der Lohmühle, holds around 17,800 in total. Safety and media regulations currently cap usable capacity at about 10,400 to 10,800. The green and white colours are the same as the first team's.

Across the city sit 1. FC Phönix Lübeck, and the Stadtderby, or Lübecker Derby, is the fixture the town circles on the calendar. The parent club has taken the Regionalliga Nord four times, most recently in 2023, and reached the DFB-Pokal semi-finals in 2003–04. Lübeck II have not gone beyond the Oberliga, and the league title of 2016 remains the only one they have won.
