Meux

No fixture in Meux's calendar carries more weight than the meeting with RCS Onhaye. The two clubs share no old rivalry born of geography, but in May 2025 they were drawn together in the semi-final of the play-offs for a place in the First National Division ACFF, and Meux went through only after a 1-1 aggregate scoreline was settled 3-1 on penalties.

The club, known to its own supporters as Les Verts et Blancs or Les Meutis , was formed in 1946 in the Namur countryside village that gives it its name. Provincial football is where it spent most of its history: a first taste of silverware came with the Coupe de la Province de Namur in 1966, and it took until the 1996-97 season, when Meux won the First Provincial Division, to reach the national Fourth Division for the first time.

The penalty shoot-out against Onhaye completed that climb, sending a side managed by Laurent Gomez into the third tier for the 2025-26 season.
