The pitch in Tłuchowo was there long before the club. When Tłuchowia appeared, it took the municipality's own name: Gminny Zespół Sportowy, the municipal sports team of a village in Lipno County, in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Then it began to win. The Class A title in the Włocławek II group came in 2020. In 2024 it won the IV Liga, the Kuyavian-Pomeranian group, and the last of them took a village side into the III Liga for 2024/25.
The ground has not grown to match. Capacity is 200, with 100 of those places seated, and the address is ul. Sportowa 3. The club has also used it for friendlies against higher-level sides such as GKS Bełchatów, who have a very different ground of their own.
The colours are blue, yellow and red. The club has no nickname and no derby of its own.
