Arsenal

The ground belongs to FC Arsenal Tula. The pitch is natural grass with a heating system, installed during a major reconstruction in the middle of the last decade. Before that, the capacity was listed at 20,048, but a later renovation trimmed it to 19,241. Most sources still cite the older number.

It has hosted the Russian national team once, a friendly against Belarus that ended in a draw. That game happened in 1999, when the venue was still called Central Stadium named after the 50th Anniversary of the Komsomol. It has also seen UEFA Europa League qualifiers and a KHL match, marking the first major professional ice hockey game at the venue. A concert by the band 'The Hatters' took place there in the spring of 2025.

The architecture is functional. The place has been around since 1959, built by residents of Tula who volunteered their time.
