Eidsvold TF have used the ground since they acquired the land in 1916. The surface of the playing area is artificial turf, laid down in 2018 to replace the natural grass.

The atmosphere here is defined by the proximity of the spectators to the action. The main stand holds roughly 1,800 people, which means even a modest crowd can feel full. This closeness was evident in 1973, when a Norwegian Cup quarterfinal against Rosenborg drew a crowd of approximately 5,000. That number far exceeded the seated capacity, with supporters spilling over the barriers and onto the grass behind the goals. The stadium fell silent when the visitors scored, but the home team eventually rescued a point in a match that remains the most memorable in the club’s history.

Today the capacity is listed at 3,000, a figure that accounts for the standing room around the pitch. The club extended their unbeaten run to eight in the 2divisjon last month, a run that would be difficult to maintain if the supporters were not so close to the touchline. There is no history of major redevelopment; the structure remains largely as it was when the floodlights were first installed. The bank advertisements on the railing suggest a local economy that relies on the club to bring people out on a Saturday afternoon.
