Ózdi Városi Stadion

The renovation is underway. A 300 million HUF grant from the State Secretariat Responsible for Sport has funded the project, managed by Sajóvölgye Focisuli Kft. for 15 years. The work includes a new covered stand with 500 black and white seats on the home side, running 80 meters long. A 24-square-meter LED scoreboard is planned for installation, along with fencing, a sound system, and modernisation of the press box and offices. During the reconstruction, Ózd-Sajóvölgye plays some of its home games in Putnok. The stadium was opened in 1958, originally named Kohász Sporttelep, and later Kohász Stadion, reflecting its ties to the Ózdi Kohász SC and the local mining industry. The highest recorded attendance was 22,000 on August 20, 1961, during a Nemzeti Bajnokság I match against Ferencvárosi TC, a figure that exceeded the official capacity. The current capacity is listed as 12,000. The renovation is scheduled to begin in late March or early April 2026, with completion targeted for August 2026.
