Premier Jet Stadium
Ellesmere Port, United Kingdom
Formerly: Rivacre Park, Syncreon Arena
It sits where the factory gates meet the local roads, a circle of terracing and cover that has belonged to Vauxhall Motors F.C. since the summer of 1987. The club moved in that year, and the first game under the new name brought former international stars across the pitch, brought by then-England manager Bobby Robson. Before that they had played at Hooton Park; since then they have stayed here.
Premier Jet Stadium is not the first title the ground has taken. The capacity sits at 3,300.
The pitch is natural grass, and the highest crowd recorded here came on 30 October 2012, when 1,752 people turned out for a league match against Chester F.C. An FA Cup replay against Hartlepool United in 2010 drew 1,109, and an FA Trophy fixture with Northwich Victoria in 2002 brought 1,104. They are the numbers for a ground that has no rival in the town; Ellesmere Port Town played at a separate venue on Thornton Road, which served speedway and greyhounds before it was pulled down.
