War Memorial Athletic Ground

It is not enough to say the ground is old. Stourbridge have used the site since 1888, when the club was formed. The council bought the ground in 1927, and the archway that greets visitors on the High Street was unveiled on 18 December 1928. The brickwork is by Frederick Woodward; the design is by Geoffrey Ince, the borough surveyor. You can still see the masonry.

The capacity is listed as 2,626 in most records. The Shed End, known as the Church End, is covered. The surface is natural grass. You can find shade under the covered end.

The club lost 1–0, but the number remains. Two other matches drew more than 3,000 spectators in 2011: an FA Cup replay against Plymouth Argyle, which Stourbridge won 2–0, and a loss to Stevenage, 0–3. There is a main stand with unreserved seating and a terrace where the wind comes through.
