Yeni Ordu Stadyumu

The new ground in Ordu sits a short walk from the Black Sea between fields of green.

The stadium opened on 23 October 2021, replacing the old venue that was demolished the following year. It was originally called Yeni Ordu Stadyumu before being renamed 19 Eylül Stadyumu in 2023 to mark the date of Atatürk's visit to the city. The facility sits on a 97,000 square meter site and was built at a cost of 146 million Turkish Lira. The main contractors were Akgün İnşaat and Fors Yapı, while the architect was Alper Aksoy.

The pitch is natural grass with an underground heating system and root ventilation. It was built to hold 20,000 spectators, though the final capacity is set at 16,768. Two clubs call it home: 52 Orduspor FK, founded in 1973, and Orduspor 1967, which dates back to the 1960s. The opening match saw Orduspor 1967 lose 0-4 to Kırıkkale Büyük Anadoluspor.

The stadium has already hosted events outside of football. The Altınordu Cultural Festival took place here in July 2021, alongside amateur league finals. It is the only major ground in the Altınordu district, situated in the Durugöl neighborhood. The structure is owned by the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sports.
