The ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup East Asia-Pacific Region Qualifier is the decisive tournament for the region's representative at the global championship. Organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the event determines which team advances to the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup. The global tournament launched in 2023, establishing this qualifier as a relatively new pathway for emerging nations.

The competition operates on a biennial cycle, aligning with the international World Cup schedule. The inaugural edition took place in Bali, Indonesia, in July 2022. Hosted by Indonesia, the match featured a best-of-three series between the host nation and Papua New Guinea. Papua New Guinea secured the victory, becoming the first regional side to claim a spot at the global stage. The format for that initial tournament differed from later iterations, focusing on a direct series rather than a larger group.

Subsequent editions have expanded to include more teams. The 2024 qualifier in Bali saw four participants: Fiji, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Samoa. The structure shifted to a double round-robin format. Samoa emerged with a perfect record of five wins from six matches, securing their first-ever qualification for an ICC World Cup event at any level.

The most recent qualifier occurred in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, in April 2026. Five teams entered the competition, including Vanuatu, making their debut in an ICC Under-19 Women's pathway event. The format reverted to a single round-robin. Samoa retained their title with four consecutive wins, earning their second straight place at the global tournament. The winner of this qualifier advances directly to the ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup, serving as the primary route for East Asia-Pacific nations to reach the international stage.
