The ICC Women's T20 World Cup Americas Region Qualifier is a cricket tournament organized by ICC Americas, the regional body of the International Cricket Council. It serves as the qualification pathway for Associate Member nations in the Americas to reach the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Global Qualifier. First held in 2019, the event has been staged in 2021, 2023, and 2025. The United States Women have won every edition, including the 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2025 tournaments. The 2025 edition was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, featuring four teams: USA, Canada, Argentina, and Brazil. The format is a round-robin league with no knockout stage. The winner advances to the Global Qualifier. The tournament is distinct from the men's equivalent and other regional competitions due to its exclusive focus on developing Associate nations in the Western Hemisphere.
