Arquimides Rafael Zacarias Ordoñez

Arquímides Ordóñez was born in Cincinnati and came through the FC Cincinnati academy before signing a homegrown player deal with the club in July 2021, becoming the first academy product to reach the first team. He made his professional debut that month, as a substitute against Nashville SC, and went on to make 26 league appearances for the first team, though his only goal at that level came in the U.S. Open Cup, in a 1–0 win over Louisville City FC in April 2023. Between those senior outings he was prolific for the reserve side, FC Cincinnati 2, scoring 13 goals in 24 appearances in MLS Next Pro, including a run of six goals in three games during March and April 2023.

A loan to Swedish side Östersunds FK in 2024 brought 29 appearances and four goals. He moved on again in 2025, joining Moldovan club FC Zimbru Chișinău on a free transfer, where he scored six times in eight matches before signing with Loudoun United FC in the USL Championship, for whom he scored seven goals in 23 appearances.

Internationally, Ordóñez was a driving force for Guatemala's under-20 side, scoring five goals in six matches at the 2022 CONCACAF U-20 Championship, netting in all three group games, and was named to the tournament's Best XI as Guatemala qualified for the U-20 World Cup. He earned his senior debut against Colombia in September 2022 and has since been capped by the national team, though he has yet to score at that level.
