About the player
Andrade came through at Deportivo Quito and was still on the club's books when it won the 2011 Ecuadorian Serie A title, though his involvement that season amounted to a single league appearance. The following year, playing for the club's reserves, he finished as top scorer of the 2012 Ecuadorian Reserves Championship with 21 goals.
The path from there ran through Uruguay with Defensor Sporting and back to Ecuador with Universidad Católica, before spells at América de Quito and Espoli. A move to Peru brought six goals in 19 matches for Cienciano in 2016, followed by further seasons at Sport Rosario and Deportivo Municipal. He returned home in 2020 with LDU Portoviejo, then Olmedo, where he made 28 league appearances.
He played at Orense SC between 2022 and 2024, scoring 10 goals in 70 games. A free transfer took him to Técnico Universitario for the 2025 season, where he added 30 appearances, three goals and three assists, before a move to Guayaquil City preceded his move to Aucas.
Andrade represented Ecuador's under-20 side in 2012 but has not been capped at senior international level.
