About the player
Xavi Woudstra came up through Ajax Amsterdam's academy, joining in 2015 after two years at AFC Amsterdam, before the club let him go and he moved on to SC Heerenveen in 2021. He spent his development years there without breaking into the first team, instead settling into the U-21 side, where over two seasons he made 43 appearances and scored five goals.
The step up to senior football never came at Heerenveen, and in July 2025 he left on a free transfer to Jong Almere City, where he made 11 appearances in the 2025–2026 season. A year later, in August 2026, he moved again on a free transfer, this time to Admira Wacker. He made his debut for the Austrian club on 9 August 2026 against SKU Amstetten, and by mid-September had made five appearances in the 2. Liga without yet scoring a goal or registering an assist.
