Baltiska Hallen: Stadium in Malmö

The architect Fritz Jaenecke designed the building. It was not designed as an arena but as an office block for the Baltic Exhibition of 1914, though the original structure was lost. The current building opened in 1964, retaining the name Baltiska Hallen since that day.

It is now the home of HK Malmö. The club plays in the Handbollsligan, the top Swedish division, and the hall is set up for their needs.

The hall hosted Group D matches of the 2006 European Women's Handball Championship. The attendance record for handball is 3,278, set on 26 February 2006 when Denmark played the Netherlands.

The building sits in the Stadionområdet area of the city.
