Brantham Leisure Centre

The Brantham Leisure Centre sits in the quiet corner of Suffolk , in an area locals still call the New Village. It is not a cathedral of football, but for the men of Brantham Athletic F.C. it is the only ground in town.

Unlike the steel-and-glass arenas being built up the road, this place is built of brick and routine. The pitch is natural grass, a fact confirmed by the club’s own records. It is not a perfect rectangle. There are two hundred seats, but the capacity stretches to twelve hundred.
