Espace Roger-Boisramé
Pontault-Combault, France
Formerly: Gymnase Boisramé
This is the "parquet de Boisramé," a name the club has carried since the nineties.
The club, founded in 1967, has played here since at least 1994. They know its character well; a player who slips on the smooth surface knows it better than a stranger who visits for a single match.
The capacity is 1,300, a number that feels tight in a city of this size. When the stands are full, the noise does not escape. On March 28, 2024, the house was full for a match against Tremblay-en-France, a rare instance where the "guichet fermé" notice was true. The crowd pressed against the barriers, not because the place is a pilgrimage site, but because the team was fighting for its place in the top flight.
The venue hosts other events, such as the Saphir Cup, a dance competition that fills the hall with a different kind of energy. But the primary purpose remains clear. The club has tasted the first division before, finishing fourth in 1999, and they returned for the 2018–2019 season. They were pushed down, as teams often are, but the ground remains. It is not a stadium for giants, but for those who work within its four walls. The air inside is still.
