Evgrapi Shevardnadze Stadium

The Evgrapi Shevardnadze Stadium stands as a relic of that specific moment in time. It was the first stadium in the Soviet Top League built without a running track, making it a 'pure' football stadium. The original capacity after the 1987 reconstruction was approximately 22,000 spectators, making it the third-largest stadium in Georgia at the time. In the 1990s, three of the four stands were demolished due to lack of maintenance and economic decline. A partial reconstruction began in 2012, which included the installation of individual seats, but plans to increase capacity to 10,000 were not fully realized. By 2015, 3,030 individual seats had been installed, resulting in a current capacity of approximately 4,500.

The playing surface is natural grass. The stadium is named after Evgrapi Shevardnadze. In October 2018, a bust of Evgrapi Shevardnadze was unveiled at the venue. The stadium has hosted UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying matches for WFC Lanchkhuti in the 2020–21, 2022–23, and 2024–25 seasons. During the Soviet era, it hosted notable matches including victories over Dinamo Moscow, Dinamo Minsk, and Kairat. A pitch invasion against Daugava Riga led to a stadium disqualification, forcing a subsequent home game against Lokomotive Moscow to be moved to Batumi.
