Inside, the capacity is modest. The club, Knattspyrnufélagið Fram, moved here from scattered locations, consolidating its operations into a single site that includes the football pitch, Lambhagavöllurinn, a few hundred metres away. Prior to 2023, the handball teams had played at Safamýri, where a hall had stood since 1994, but the move to Úlfarsbraut 126 was a definitive step. The district of Úlfarsárdal is not known for sport, which makes the presence of the complex all the more specific.
The club does not host large concerts or finals; those are reserved for Laugardalshöll. The address is simply Úlfarsbraut 126, a point on a map that now belongs to the club.
