Gelora Ratu Pamelingan Stadium Madura United FC are the primary tenants, but the ground also hosts Persepam Pamekasan and Pamekasan FC. The capacity is 14,000, a figure that has shifted since the original 7,000-seat configuration was expanded to meet FIFA standards. This is not a modern build; it opened in 2016, a time when the club was searching for a permanent home after years of moving between venues. The surface is natural grass, Zoysia matrella, which has seen a full replacement during the major renovation that began in December 2023. That project, funded by the Indonesian State Budget to the tune of Rp 70 billion, saw the Ministry of Public Works and Housing step in to upgrade the lighting, the athletics track, and the seating. The stadium was officially inaugurated as a FIFA-standard venue on March 17, 2025, by President Prabowo Subianto. The pitch has hosted high-profile domestic matches against clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Arema FC, as well as international friendlies such as Madura United vs. Selangor FA. The attendance record of 13,410 was set for a match against Persebaya Surabaya on May 25, 2018, a game that was still being played at the pre-renovation capacity. It has not hosted senior Indonesia national team official matches, though it was used for U-22 national team training. The ground is located in Ceguk village, Tlanakan district, just a few kilometres south of the town of Pamekasan. The stadium replaced older facilities used by local clubs, marking a shift from the smaller Gelora Bangkalan venue. The atmosphere here is shaped by the proximity of the town and the history of the club, which took over management in 2019. The renovation added 80 VVIP seats and 133 media seats. The opening ceremony for the new facilities was marked by the presence of the President, a sign of the importance placed on the project. The ground is ready for the next phase of Madura United’s history, with the infrastructure in place to support more high-level fixtures. The pitch is green and even, the stands are clean, and the name is prominent. It is a stadium built for the future, but rooted in the past of the local game. The distance from the town is short, making it accessible for the community. The renovations were necessary to keep up with the standards of the league, and they have been completed. The stadium is a functional venue, designed for football, with the facilities to support the players and the spectators. It is a place where matches are played, records are set, and local pride is displayed. The capacity is sufficient for the current level of attendance, and the facilities are adequate for the needs of the teams. The ground is ready for the challenges ahead, with the infrastructure to support the team’s progress. The matches are played on the natural grass, with the floodlights ensuring visibility for evening fixtures. The renovations have been completed, and the stadium is ready for the next chapter. The facility is complete, and the work is done.
