Gimnasio del Club Olimpia stood on Avenida Mariscal López in the Mariscal López barrio of Asunción, long before its demolition in June 2024.

Inside, the capacity sat between 2,500 and 3,000 spectators.

When the football stadium received a new name in March 2024, the old name, Manuel Ferreira, passed to the sports and social complex that housed the gymnasium. The complex was called the Complejo Deportivo y Social Manuel Ferreira.
