Honkahalli is a steel structure in the Tapiola district. Built in the spring of 2011, the arena began its life as a bowling hall, once known as Tapiolan Keilahalli . The building found a new identity as the home of Tapiolan Honka ry .

Visitors enter at Urheilupuistontie 2 , where the facility sits within a larger sports park. Seating holds 1,570, though standing places bring the total capacity to 2,640 for larger gatherings.

The arena has been a stage for the 2014 Goalball World Championships and the 2019 FIMBA Senior Basketball World Championships . The building also serves other functions, hosting concerts and annual club events like the Talvijuhla (Winter Festival).

The structure is owned by Kiinteistö Oy Honkahalli , a company wholly owned by the sports club. It operates under the sponsored name Honkahalli Pihlajalinna , reflecting a partnership with a healthcare provider. There have been no major structural rebuilds, just the steady rhythm of games and events that fill the space.

It is not a temple of football, but a working hall for sport.
