Stadium
Jane Sandanski Arena
Skopje, North Macedonia
The original building had stood since 1984, a relic of the Yugoslav era, before it was demolished in 2012. The conversion was finished in August 2014, and the first crowd to fill the stands came for a match against Chekhovskie Medvedi.
The wooden parquet floor is marked for both basketball and handball.
At the 2014 reopening, the number was 6,500. English Wikipedia offers 6,000, a number that does not account for the later additions.
The record attendance for a European game was set against Orlen Wisła Płock on 21 March 2015, when 5,500 fans packed into the arena. The arena is located on Boulevard ASNOM, and it serves as a home for both the handball and basketball clubs in Skopje.
