Nick Newbold Stadium

The Nick Newbold Stadium is not a closed box. The ground has been used for different sports since it opened in 2004 on the site of the former Butts cycling track. An American football championship was held here in September 2023, and rugby and football have shared the calendar ever since. The stadium was renamed after Nick Newbold, a former club director, in 2026, replacing the older name of Butts Park Arena. A temporary stand that once held 1,000 spectators was removed after the 2005–06 season, leaving the current 3,000-seat capacity in the main stand and 2,250 standing spaces. The pitch was changed from grass to synthetic turf in June 2019 as part of a wider redevelopment that also improved the floodlights.
