Nordstrand Arena

The new Nordstrand Arena sits on the site of the old Nordstrandhallen, which had served the club since 1955 before being demolished in 2017. The old hall was too small for elite standards, so the club invested in underfloor heating for the artificial turf pitches, known as "Storekunsten" and "Lillekunsten," to ensure they are playable year-round. The surface is not natural; it is a synthetic pitch.

The arena was handed over to the club in July 2018, replacing the outdated facility. It is situated at Oberst Rodes vei 79 in the Søndre Nordstrand borough. The structure is functional, designed for sports events such as handball and basketball with a capacity of 2,000 seats. For cultural events and concerts, the total capacity can reach up to 3,000 spectators. This capacity was part of the new construction specifications from the start.

The club, Nordstrand Idrettsforening (Nordstrand IF), owns the arena through its holding company, Nordstrandhallen AS. The construction company Backe Idrettsbygg AS handled the build.
