Park Drive

Maldon & Tiptree F.C. moved to the site in 1994. The club has since called it home, though they have not kept the name. Following a takeover in 2025, the venue became the Drewitt-Barlow Stadium, but a police investigation and an FA ban of the owners saw them rename it The Maldon Stadium the following year.

On the pitch it is a straightforward affair. The surface is natural grass, floodlit for night matches. The capacity stands at 2,800, though only 155 of those spots are seated.

The ground has seen its biggest crowds for cup runs. The club was formed in 2010 from the merger of two older sides, and they have played here ever since, adapting the old building to their needs. The interior decoration and new facilities under the recent ownership are part of that ongoing effort to make the place work for a non-league team.
