The Quarterback Immobilien Arena in Leipzig is a multi-purpose indoor facility rather than a traditional football ground. It opened on May 11, 2002, replacing an older structure within the Sportforum Leipzig complex. Originally known as Arena Leipzig, the venue underwent a rebranding in October 2019 when Quarterback Immobilien AG secured the naming rights.

The interior is defined by a movable parquet floor laid over a concrete base, which allows the space to host handball, basketball, volleyball, and athletics. For handball, where SC DHfK Leipzig plays their home games in the Handball-Bundesliga, the seating capacity is fixed at 8,000. This number drops to approximately 7,000 for basketball and volleyball fixtures, and further to 4,000 for track and field events. The venue can accommodate up to 12,000 people for concerts, which also holds the record for the highest attendance. The surface is not natural grass, and the facility lacks undersoil heating, reflecting its primary function as an indoor sports hall.
