Sportcentrum Dommelhof

The Sportcentrum Dommelhof stands within the Provinciaal Domein Dommelhof, a complex originally established as a cultural center in 1962. The sports hall itself was added to the site in 1978. It sits on Toekomstlaan 9, 3910 Pelt. The facility is best known as the home of Sporting Neerpelt-Lommel, a handball club that plays in the Belgian first division.

Belgium lost 24–31, but the attendance record has stood since. The capacity of the hall is 1,600.

In 2014 the venue underwent significant renovations and was rebranded as the G-Sportcentrum Dommelhof. The work cost approximately €675,000, with a €202,500 subsidy from the Flemish government covering 30% and the Province of Limburg covering the remaining 70%. The renovations included adapting fitness rooms, changing rooms, and installing a large lift for accessibility. The 'G-Sport' name refers to the government initiative for integrated and disabled sports, not a commercial sponsor.

The playing surface is an indoor court, typically wooden or synthetic flooring suitable for handball and other indoor sports. The complex also includes an outdoor stadium with a natural grass surface and a running track, which has a capacity of 2,000, but the Sportcentrum Dommelhof refers specifically to the indoor hall. The venue also hosts local athletics events by the SACN club and G-sport activities. There are no commercial naming rights; 'G-Sport' refers to the government initiative for integrated and disabled sports, not a sponsor. The venue was formerly known simply as Sportcentrum Dommelhof before the 2014 rebranding.
