Sports Hall Kumanovo

The Sports Hall Kumanovo opened in 1980, rising from a site where the Kumanovka River runs through the city's sports-recreational zone. The building was designed by Trajko Dimitrov and Zivko Gelevski. A major reconstruction by GEING DOO Skopje began in 2021 and finished in 2023.

The capacity remains a matter of debate: architectural records suggest an original 6,500 seats, while basketball databases often list 4,000. The hall hosts KK Kumanovo in basketball and MRK Kumanovo in handball, the latter winners of the first Macedonian Handball Cup in 1993. It has also staged matches for the North Macedonia national basketball team during FIBA World Cup qualifiers.

The venue has no independent website and falls under the management of the Municipality of Kumanovo. Recent match reports sometimes refer to it as "Sportska Sala Pero Nakov," though it is unclear whether this is an official renaming or a local shorthand.
