Stoholm Fritids- og Kulturcenter

The ground does not sit in a park. It is tucked between a youth hostel and a community hall, a place where the football pitch shares a location with a cultural center. Built in 1985 , it is a practical facility rather than a monument, combining an indoor sports hall for handball with the outdoor artificial grass pitch used by Stoholm IF .

In 1966 , a match against Viborg FF drew around 4,000 spectators. There was no formal seating. The town accommodated the crowd on 60 farm wagons and trucks.

Stoholm is a town located roughly fifteen kilometers from both Viborg and Skive. The facility serves as an idrætsanlæg , a term for a sports facility, and a forsamlingshus , a community center. The men’s handball team, Stoholm Håndbold , has played in the Danish second tier here.
