OFC U19 Championship 2024/25

The OFC U-19 Championship is the premier under-19 international football tournament in Oceania, organized by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC). Originally known as the OFC U-20 Championship since its inception in 1974, the event lowered its age limit to under-19 in 2014 to align with FIFA regulations, adopting its current name in 2018.

It serves as the primary qualification pathway for the FIFA U-20 World Cup. While the winner historically secured automatic entry, recent formats, including the 2024 edition, award qualification spots to the top two teams. The tournament is held biennially and involves a group stage followed by knockout semi-finals, a final, and placement matches.

New Zealand stands as the most successful team in the men's tournament history with nine titles, including the most recent victory in 2024. Australia previously dominated with twelve titles before leaving the confederation in 2006. Tahiti has won twice, while Fiji claimed a single title in 2014. The 2024 final took place in Samoa, where New Zealand defeated New Caledonia 4–0.

Participation varies by edition, with smaller nations often competing in a preliminary qualifying stage before the main eight-team final tournament. There is no promotion or relegation system as the competition involves national federations rather than club entities. It remains distinct from the OFC U-16 Championship, which feeds into the Youth World Cup for younger players. The competition has no major commercial title sponsor and is officially referred to simply as the OFC U-19 Championship.
