Super Cup (Kazakhstan) 2026/27

Kazakhstan Super Cup is a domestic football super cup competition organized by the Football Federation of Kazakhstan. First held in 1995, the tournament was not held from 1996 to 2007 and was revived in 2008. It serves as the opening match of the football season, typically played in February or March. The competition sits outside the league pyramid as a standalone pre-season trophy.

The standard format is a single match between the previous season's Kazakhstan Premier League champion and the Kazakhstan Cup winner. If the same team wins both, the league runner-up replaces the cup winner as the opponent. In 2021, due to the pandemic cancellation of the Cup, a unique four-team mini-tournament was held in Turkestan involving the top four league finishers; Tobol won this edition. Otherwise, matches are decided by extra time and penalties if tied.

FC Astana is the most successful club with 6 titles. Tobol is the current holder, having won the 2026 final against Kairat on penalties, bringing their total to 4 titles. Other multi-winners include Aktobe (3) and Kairat (3). The competition is currently sponsored by OLIMPBET, known officially as the OLIMPBET-Super Cup of Kazakhstan.
