Næstved claimed a narrow victory over Brabrand in the Second Division Group 1, winning 1-0 on Friday evening. The match took place at Brabrand's home ground on 14 August 2026, with the visitors taking all three points. It was the third round of the regular season.
The decisive moment came early, with C. Daluiso scoring at the five-minute mark. That single goal proved sufficient to secure the away win, as Brabrand could not find an equaliser despite their efforts.
Before kick-off, the table told its own story. Brabrand sat in 11th place with six games played, one win, one draw, four defeats and four points. Næstved were fifth, having collected nine points from two victories, three draws and a single loss.
Form heading into the fixture was mixed for both sides. Brabrand had lost 4-0 to Middelfart on 7 August after beating Aarhus Black Vipers 3-0 four days earlier. Næstved came into the match with a 1-1 draw against HIK on 9 August, following a 1-0 win over Hvidovre.
The result moves Næstved further clear of the lower half while Brabrand remain in the bottom third. One point separates fifth from sixth, and this victory keeps the visitors within touching distance of the play-off places.
