Serpa beat Granadolense 2-0 in the 1/128-finals of the Portuguese Cup on 29 August 2026. The home side took the lead in the 59th minute and added a second goal in the 90th. The visitors arrived with a loss to Moncarapachense in their last outing and left with one more to add to their record.
The turning point came early. A red card at the 32nd minute left Granadolense reduced to ten men and changed the shape of the game.
