Courtois Extends Real Madrid Contract to 2028

Thibaut Courtois has agreed a new deal with Real Madrid that will keep him at the club until 2028, journalist Fabrizio Romano reported.

The 34-year-old Belgian's current contract runs to the end of the 2026/27 season. The extension adds at least one more year on top of that, taking him through to the summer of 2028.

Courtois joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2018 and has made 338 appearances in all competitions, keeping 130 clean sheets. He has won three La Liga titles and two Champions Leagues with the club, along with three Spanish Super Cups, three UEFA Super Cups, a Copa del Rey, a Club World Cup and an Intercontinental Cup.
