Licka's Agent Denies Fakel Talks

Anatoly Nikolaev dismissed reports linking Marcel Licka to Fakel's coaching job, calling the rumors baseless amid the club's winless start.

Marcel Licka's agent, Anatoly Nikolaev, has denied that his client is in line to take charge of Fakel.

Reports had suggested the Voronezh club were weighing up a change of coach, with insider Ivan Karpov naming Licka alongside Dmitry Kirichenko and Zaur Tedeyev as candidates the club had approached.

Licka previously managed Dynamo Moscow and Orenburg. Fakel are currently bottom of the Russian Premier League table with two points from seven rounds, having lost five and drawn twice. Oleg Vasilenko remains in charge of the side.
